New Social Media Manager Joins the Vinyl Institute Team

Sara Goodwin, a skilled digital media specialist with a degree in journalism, joins the Vinyl Institute as social media and content development manager. In her new role, she will oversee the website and digital properties and create blog posts, videos, and other content that showcase vinyl and the vinyl industry.

Goodwin comes from Sigma Kappa Sorority in Carmel, IN, where she managed the sorority’s social media accounts, developed fresh video content, and launched and co-hosted a podcast. She previously worked for HMA Public Relations in Phoenix and the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, South Central Region.

Goodwin is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking, and traveling, with plans to visit all 50 states. She also remains an active member of Sigma Kappa volunteering as the alumnae public relations coordinator to enhance brand image and identity among alumnae chapters.
