NPE Education Session to Address New Prop 65 Labeling Requirements for Vinyl Products

By | April 2018

The amendments to California’s Proposition 65 are going into effect on August 30, 2018.  With the compliance date looming, it is important that vinyl product manufacturers, distributors, and importers understand how these new labeling requirements will impact vinyl products sold in California.

A new, complimentary education session is being offered to NPE2018 attendees, featuring experienced attorneys, JC Walker and Chris Van Gundy, from Keller and Heckman LLP, who will discuss what these changes to Prop 65 labeling requirements mean to you.

JC Walker will discuss the new changes to the regulations and their impact on compliance strategies with a focus on interactions within the vinyl supply chain. Chris Van Gundy will address the litigation landscape and important strategy considerations, including available defenses, settlement dynamics, and best practices, specifically for manufacturers, distributors, and importers.
