President Obama Signs WIIN Act
The President has signed the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation (WIIN) Act into law. WIIN will provide nearly $10 billion in total funding for water infrastructure, including more than 30 port, levee and dam projects. The Act also makes investments in projects to alleviate the California drought and $170 million for communities facing water emergencies like Flint, MI.
