Tell Dept. of Commerce How to Reduce Your Regulations

As part of President Trump’s pledge to reduce the regulatory burden on manufacturers, the U.S. Commerce Department has issued a public request for information on regulations that adversely impact domestic manufacturing.  The memo requests specific information on manufacturing permitting processes and regulatory compliance burdens.

VI would like to encourage our members and everyone in the vinyl industry to submit your comments to DOC.  The submission deadline is Friday, March 31 at 5 p.m. EST.  All responses will be made publicly available at regulations.gov and respondents will not have the opportunity to submit confidential information.
