The Vinyl Institute Applauds President Trump for Signing the Water Infrastructure Now Act
Washington, DC – October 23, 2018 — The Water Infrastructure Now Act (WIN) S.3021 was signed into law today by President Trump. The Vinyl Institute released the following statement, which may be attributed to President and CEO, Dick Doyle.
“The Water Infrastructure Now ACT (WIN) S.3021 is a rare bi-partisan bill supported by Members of Congress from all over the country representing vastly different regions and constituencies but who all know and agree our nation’s water network is in critical need of repair and modernization.
“It’s a common-sense bill that takes the best from two existing programs – State Revolving Funds and the Water Infrastructure and Finance and Innovation Act – to make it easier and more affordable for states to access federal funds for critical water infrastructure investments.”
